• 1. The voter shall submit their request, either in writing or orally, to the mayor of the municipality where they are registered as a voter on the day of nomination.

• 2. The voter shall submit with their request a copy of a document as referred to in Article 1 of the Compulsory Identification Act.

• 3. The written request must be received on the fifth day before the day of the election. The oral request must be submitted no later than noon on the day before the election. The mayor shall announce these deadlines in the municipal gazette on the day of nomination.
