• 1. A statement, called a voter pass, will be issued or sent to the voter as proof that their request has been fulfilled.

• 2. A voter to whom a voter pass has been issued or sent may only participate in the election with this pass.

• 3. A new voter pass will not be issued or sent to a voter whose voter pass has been lost.

• 4. A model for the voter pass will be established by ministerial regulation. Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations will provide the municipality with the information necessary to produce the voter pass in good time before the election.
