• 1. A decision on the written request will be made as soon as possible. A decision on the oral request will be made immediately.

• 2. The request will only be rejected if the applicant is not registered as a voter on the day of nomination, is permitted to vote by proxy in accordance with Section 2 of Chapter L, or has been provided with a postal voting certificate.

• 3. If the request is not considered further or is rejected, the decision, stating the reasons, shall be communicated to the applicant in writing.

• 4. Article D 8 applies mutatis mutandis to a decision as referred to in this article.
