• 1. The principal is not authorized to revoke a written proxy once granted or to participate in the vote in person after granting the proxy.
• 2. A proxy granted by transferring the voting pass or voter's card may be revoked by the principal until the proxy has cast a vote.
• 3. A written request to vote by proxy may be withdrawn as long as no decision has been made on it.
