• 1. The request will be decided as soon as possible, but no earlier than on the day of nomination.

• 2. If the request is granted, a proxy certificate will be drawn up. A model for this certificate will be established by ministerial regulation. The granting of the proxy will be notified.

• 3. If the request is not considered further or is rejected, the decision, stating the reasons, will be communicated to the applicant in writing. The person who has declared themselves willing to act as a proxy will be notified of the decision.

• 4. Article D 8 applies mutatis mutandis to a decision as referred to in this article.
