• 1. The voter does not grant a proxy in a polling station.
• 2. If a proxy has been granted in the polling station, the authorized representative cannot cast the proxy vote. If the authorized representative has handed the proxy to the presiding officer of the polling station, the presiding officer will give the proxy to the principal, or, if the principal has left the polling station, to the authorized representative.
