• 1. A request to vote by post is submitted to the Mayor of The Hague.


• 2. The voter must submit a copy of a document referred to in Article 1 of the Compulsory Identification Act with their request.


• 3. A request must be received no later than the twenty-eighth day before the vote.


• 4. The voter must state the email address at which they wish to receive the ballot paper in their request. If they do not provide an email address, the ballot paper will be sent to them by mail.


• 5. The voter who wishes to receive the ballot paper by mail must state this in their request.


• 6 A form is used for submitting a request. A model for the form will be established by ministerial regulation.
