• 1. The polling station shall determine, with respect to each list:

o a. the number of votes cast for each candidate;

o b. the sum of the votes referred to under a.

• 2. In addition, the polling station determines:

o a. the number of blank votes;

o b. the number of invalid votes.

• 3. The sum of the votes cast for candidates, blank votes, and invalid votes is the number of votes counted.

• 4. The first paragraph, part a, does not apply if a central count of votes takes place.

• 5. The numbers referred to in the first through third paragraphs are recorded in the official report.
