• 1. The chairperson of the postal voting station opens the envelopes in the ballot box.


• 2. If an envelope contains no or more than one ballot, this is noted in the official report. If an envelope contains more than one ballot, the chairperson of the postal voting station places these ballots back in the envelope and, after sealing it, sets it aside.
