• 1. The postal voting station shall place in one or more separate packages:
o a. the ballots containing a vote for a candidate, arranged by list;
o b. the ballots containing a blank vote;
o c. the ballots containing an invalid vote;
o d. the envelopes set aside pursuant to Article N 23, paragraph 2.
• 2. Each package shall be sealed and provided with the name of the municipality and a description of the contents.
