• 1. The members of a postal voting office established in Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten may be assisted by alternate members and by persons employed by the representation of the Netherlands in the country concerned.

• 2. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article J 35, everyone is entitled to be present at the postal voting station, unless this is impossible due to certain circumstances in the country concerned, in the opinion of Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. This impossibility and the circumstances that led to it shall be recorded in the official reports.
