Article Na 26
 

• 1. The municipal electoral committee shall determine, for each candidate and each list, the number of votes cast within the municipality for that candidate or list.


• 2. The municipal electoral committee shall also determine:


o a. the number of blank votes;


o b. the number of invalid votes;


o c. the number of valid voting passes;


o d. the number of valid voter passes;


o e. the number of valid proxy certificates; and


o f. the sum of the numbers referred to under c, d, and e.


• 3. Furthermore, the municipal polling station shall determine the difference between the number of voters admitted to the vote and the number of votes counted. Where possible, the municipal polling station shall provide an explanation for this.


• 4. The numbers referred to in the first through third paragraphs shall be stated in the official report.
