After a decision has been made on the admission of the elected representatives, the mayor is authorized to transfer the packages referred to in Articles N 2 and N 9, as well as the copies referred to in Article Na 34, paragraph 1, to the public prosecutor for the purpose of an investigation into any criminal offense.
