• 1. The main polling station determines, for each list, the number of votes cast for each candidate and the sum of these numbers. This sum is called the vote count.


• 2. The main polling station also determines:


o a. the number of blank votes;


o b. the number of invalid votes;


o c. the number of valid voting passes;


o d. the number of valid voter passes;


o e. the number of valid proxy certificates;


o f. the sum of the numbers referred to under c, d, and e; and


o g. the number of eligible voters.


• 3. Furthermore, the main polling station shall determine the difference between the number of voters admitted to the vote and the number of votes counted. Where possible, the main polling station shall provide an explanation for this.


• 4. The numbers referred to in the first through third paragraphs shall be stated in the official report.
