• 1. The national postal voting office shall communicate the numbers referred to in Articles O 16 and O 18 as soon as possible in a public hearing.

• 2. The date and time of the hearing, as well as the location, shall be determined and announced by the Mayor of The Hague.

• 3. Those present may submit objections orally. The objections, as well as the National Postal Voting Office's response to them, shall be recorded in the official report of the National Postal Voting Office.

• 4. The chairperson of the National Postal Voting Office shall be responsible for maintaining order during the hearing. He may request the Mayor of The Hague for assistance in this regard.
