• 1. Anyone may submit a substantiated report in writing to the central electoral committee of an alleged error in the official report of a polling station or municipal polling station.

• 2. A report as referred to in the first paragraph may also relate to an alleged error in the digital file containing the voting results generated by the software.

• 3. The report must be received by the central electoral committee no later than forty-eight hours prior to the meeting referred to in Article P 20, second paragraph.
