Article P 15
 

• 1. In the order of the number of votes cast, candidates who, on the joint lists on which they appear, have received a number of votes greater than 25% of the electoral quota are elected, provided that sufficient seats have been allocated to the group of lists or the list not part of a group of lists. If numbers are equal, lots shall decide, if necessary.


• 2. If the number of seats to be allocated in the election of municipal council members is less than nineteen, half of the electoral quota, rather than 25%, will be taken into account when applying the first paragraph.
