After the session referred to in Article P 20, paragraph 2, for the election of the members of the Provincial Council of South Holland, the central electoral committee shall hold this session for the election of the members of the electoral college. The time will be published electronically in a generally accessible manner in a timely manner. The announcement of the time and digital location of the session will be regulated by general administrative order.
