• 1. The names of the candidates shall be placed on the lists in the order of preference.

• 2. The names of a maximum of fifty candidates may be placed on the same list. A maximum of eighty names may be placed on the same list of a political grouping whose designation was placed above a list of candidates allocated more than fifteen seats at the last election of the members of the representative body concerned. The provisions of the previous sentence apply mutatis mutandis to the combination of designations of two or more groups.
