• 1. An appeal against a decision as referred to in Article S 2 may be lodged by an interested party and any voter, notwithstanding Article 8:1 of the General Administrative Law Act.

• 2. Article I 7, paragraph 1, second sentence, and paragraphs 2 through 4, apply mutatis mutandis.

• 3. The President of the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Council of State shall immediately notify the parties and the chairperson of the central electoral committee of the decision.
