• 1. The ballot paper to be used in the election shall bear on one side the lists of candidates to be voted on, and on the other side the name of the province and the signature of the chairperson of the provincial council.

• 2. A model for the ballot paper shall be established by ministerial regulation.

• 3. The chairperson shall ensure that the required number of ballot papers is present in the meeting before the start of voting.
