Article T 4

• 1. A member of the Provincial Council casts their vote by highlighting a white dot placed in front of the candidate of their choice in red.

• 2. A member of the Provincial Council is permitted, upon request, to vote by proxy. A member who wishes to exercise this right must notify the chair in writing before the start of the meeting of the Provincial Council in which the vote will be held, designating a member of the Provincial Council who is willing to act as proxy. A member of the Provincial Council may not accept more than one designation as proxy. A model for this notification will be established by ministerial regulation.

• 3. Article J 27 applies, with the understanding that "a voter" is replaced by: a member of the Provincial Council.
