• 1. As soon as the election result has been determined, the opened sealed packets shall be resealed after all ballot papers have been returned to them.
• 2. The central electoral committee shall retain the sealed packets for three months after the admission of the elected representatives has been decided. It shall then immediately destroy these packets. A report shall be drawn up of this destruction.
