Article V 4
 

• 1. For the election of the members of the Senate, the representative body may, for the purpose of the investigation referred to in Article V 4, paragraph 1, decide to conduct a recounting of votes in one or more provinces.


• 2. The chairperson of the central electoral committee shall immediately transfer the packets referred to in Article T 10 to the representative body. Upon receipt of the packets, the representative body shall immediately begin the count. To this end, it is authorized to open the sealed packets and compare the contents with the official reports from the polling stations. Articles T 6 through T 10 apply mutatis mutandis.


• 3.. After the investigation is completed, the documents from the opened packages will be repacked and sealed in the manner prescribed in Article T 10.
