• 1. Voters whose names appear on valid voting passes, voter passes, proxy certificates (in so far as the principal is concerned), postal voting certificates, and substitute postal voting certificates submitted during the invalidated vote are entitled to participate in the vote referred to in Article V 6, paragraph 2, with the exception of persons who, after the invalidated vote, are found to have been wrongly registered as voters. Insofar as personal data are processed with respect to the documents as a result of a vote referred to in Article V 6, paragraph 2, Articles 15, 16, and 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation do not apply.
• 2. If the vote referred to in Article V 6, paragraph 2, concerns all polling stations in a municipality, persons who, before the vote that was declared invalid:
o a. were correctly registered as voters in the municipality or were incorrectly not registered as voters, are entitled to participate in the new vote, with the exception of persons:
– who were issued a voter pass that was not returned during the vote that was declared invalid in the municipality;
– who were issued a proxy that was not returned during the vote that was declared invalid in the municipality; or
– who were issued a postal voter pass.
o b. were correctly registered as voters in another municipality and appear on the valid voter passes or proxy forms returned during the vote that was declared invalid in the municipality, insofar as this concerns the principal.
• 3. The second paragraph does not apply to postal voter stations.
