• 1. If the representative body for which the appointment was made has applied Article V 4a or V 4b, the central electoral committee shall, no later than the fourteenth day after polling day, re-determine the election results to the extent necessary and announce them at the meeting.

• 2. Articles P 20 and P 22 through P 24 shall apply mutatis mutandis.

• 3. The verification of the credentials of the newly declared elected candidate shall not extend to matters affecting the conduct of the election.
