If the body for which the appointment was made has decided not to admit the appointee as a member on the grounds that he or she does not meet the requirements for membership, or that he or she has a condition incompatible with membership if the chairperson holds a valid position or if the appointment of the chairperson of the central electoral committee conflicts with the provisions of Chapter W, the chairperson of that body shall immediately notify the chairperson of the central electoral committee.
