• 1. Any appointment made pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be immediately announced in the Government Gazette or, in the case of the appointment of a member of the Provincial Council, the General Board, or the Municipal Council, in the Provincial Gazette, the Water Board Gazette, or the Municipal Gazette, respectively.

• 2. The chair of the central electoral committee shall send a copy of the appointment decision to the representative body.
