• 1. As soon as it has been irrevocably established that a member of a representative body does not meet one of the requirements for membership or that they hold a position incompatible with membership, they shall cease to be a member.

• 2. The chair of the representative body shall immediately notify the chair of the central electoral committee thereof.

• 3. A corresponding notification will be made if a position in the representative body becomes vacant due to the death of a member.
