• 1. When a member of the Provincial Council finds himself in one of the situations referred to in the first paragraph of Article X 1, he shall notify the Provincial Executive of this, stating the reasons.
• 2. If notification has not been given and the President of the Provincial Council is of the opinion that a member of the Provincial Council finds himself in one of the situations referred to in the first paragraph of Article X 1, he shall warn the interested party in writing.
• 3. The Provincial Executive is free to submit the matter to the Chamber's judgment no later than the eighth day after the date of the warning referred to in the second paragraph.
