• 1. If a member of the general board finds himself in one of the situations referred to in the first paragraph of Article X 1, he shall notify the representative body of the water board, stating the reason.

• 2. If the notification has not been made and the chair of the representative body of the water board is of the opinion that a member of the general board finds himself in one of the situations, referred to in the first paragraph of Article X 1, he shall warn the interested party in writing.

• 3. The interested party is free to submit the matter to the representative body of the water board for review no later than the eighth day after the date of the warning referred to in the second paragraph.
