• 1. If a member of the municipal council finds himself in one of the situations referred to in the first paragraph of Article X 1, he shall notify the council of this, stating the reasons.

• 2. If the notification has not been given and the chair of the council is of the opinion that a member of the municipal council finds himself in one of the situations referred to in the first paragraph of Article X 1, he shall warn the interested party in writing.

• 3. The council is free to submit the matter to the council's decision no later than the eighth day after the date of the warning referred to in the second paragraph.
