• 1. The chair of the representative body shall decide on a request for temporary dismissal as referred to in Article X 10, first or second paragraph, as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen days after the request has been submitted.

• 2. The decision on the request for temporary dismissal shall be made in accordance with the statement of the physician or obstetrician referred to in Article X 10, first or second paragraph.

• 3. A decision on temporary dismissal shall include the date on which the dismissal takes effect.

• 4. The chair of the representative body shall immediately notify the chair of the central electoral committee of a decision on temporary dismissal.
