In this Section, the following definitions apply:
• a. the Act: the Act concerning direct Election of the Members of the European Parliament (Brussels, 20 September 1976, Trb. 1976, 175);
• b. Member of the European Parliament: a Member of the European Parliament elected in the Netherlands.
