• 1. For Dutch nationals whose actual place of residence is in another Member State, the application referred to in Article Y 2 in conjunction with D 3 shall also include their declaration that they will not also participate in the election in the other Member State.

• 2. A model for the declaration shall be established by ministerial regulation.

• 3. The Mayor and Aldermen of The Hague shall reject an application or remove a person from the registration referred to in Article Y 2 in conjunction with D 2 if they have received notification from the Member State that the person is registered as a voter in that Member State. Articles D 7, D 8, and D 9 apply mutatis mutandis to the decision of the Mayor and Aldermen.
