• 1. A written declaration from each candidate appearing on the list shall be submitted with the list stating that they will not stand for membership of the European Parliament in another Member State.

• 2. A general administrative order shall regulate where and when the forms for the declaration referred to in the first paragraph are available to voters free of charge. A model for the form shall be established by ministerial order.
