• 1. The municipal polling station shall not implement the provisions of Article Na 29 until the polls have closed in the Member State where voters last cast their vote during the voting period referred to in the Act. Until then, the session shall be suspended.

• 2. The public session of the national postal polling station referred to in Article O 38, paragraph 1, shall not take place until the polls have closed in the Member State where voters last cast their vote during the voting period referred to in the Act.
