As soon as it has been irrevocably established that a Member of the European Parliament does not meet one of the membership requirements referred to in Article Y 4 or holds a position incompatible with membership under national provisions, they shall cease to be a Member. The President of the House of Representatives shall immediately notify the President of the European Parliament and the Chair of the Central Electoral Committee thereof.
