• 1. The central electoral committee shall immediately send the declaration referred to in Article Y 35, paragraph 1, to the designated authority in the other Member State.

• 2. Before the start of the session referred to in Article I 4, the central electoral committee shall request the authority referred to in paragraph 1 to declare in writing whether the candidate to whom the declaration referred to in Article Y 35, paragraph 1, relates is excluded from the right to be elected in that Member State.
