• 1. If the authority referred to in Article Y 35b, paragraph 1, requests the central electoral committee to declare whether a candidate in the Netherlands is excluded from the right to be elected, the central electoral committee shall request Our Minister of Justice and Security to provide such a declaration. The declaration shall be provided without delay.

• 2. The central electoral committee shall forward the declaration from Our Minister of Justice and Security to that authority as soon as possible, but no later than five working days after receipt of the authority's request.
