In this section and the provisions based thereon, the following definitions apply:
• a. public body: the public body of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, or Saba;
• b. the Joint Court: the Joint Court of Justice of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, and of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba.
