• 1. Articles 14 through 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act apply mutatis mutandis to the exercise of the duties and powers of the Dutch Data Protection Authority under this Act.
• 2. Articles 124 and 268 of the Municipalities Act do not apply to the supervision of the Municipal Executive and the Mayor regarding the processing of personal data under this Act.
